I trained as a chef in a Michelin-starred kitchen, spent eight years at AIDA Cruises, led Global GTM Operations at Lightspeed (NYSE) and am COO at SIDES today. With Tech Chef I help businesses set up their processes, systems and teams so they work day to day.
My work
Operations that hold up day to day.
I work hands-on, not with slide decks. On site in East Tyrol and Carinthia, or remotely across the DACH region.
Processes
Analyse and automate workflows, from onboarding to billing. The goal is systems that run without me.
Systems & tools
Select and implement software and manage vendors. I know the vendor side from the inside.
Go-to-Market
Build or fix sales ops, revenue ops and CRM architecture. Salesforce, Zuora, Netsuite.
AI in daily work
AI tools that fit existing workflows and that your team runs on its own afterwards.

What I have built.
Operations through to exit
As VP Operations, built the operations team and led more than 35 people through to the acquisition by Lightspeed in 2020.
Integration after the acquisition
Led the Gastrofix brand sunset and the integration of all operational roles. Then, as Senior Director Global GTM Operations, led 50 to 60 people across APAC, NOAM and EMEA.
In-house hardware warehouse
Set up an in-house warehouse for POS and payment hardware worth around USD 5M, so customers in Europe got their hardware faster. Worked closely with distributors across APAC, NOAM and EMEA.
From the galley to management
Eight years from executive chef to F&B management. Along the way, helped design outlets and revenue centres for new ships.
